This website accepts no payments and concludes no paid subscriptions. Access requests are not open yet, and nothing on this website creates a purchase to cancel or refund.
If you enter a paid contract
Before accepting a paid offer, you must receive the applicable total price, payment schedule, duration, renewal, cancellation procedure and withdrawal information. Contract-specific terms will explain these details. Statutory rights to remedies for defective digital products and any applicable withdrawal rights remain unaffected. No blanket “all sales final” rule applies.
Consumer withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from qualifying distance contracts without giving a reason. The start of the period and any extension depend on the contract and legally required information. For services and digital content, different conditions govern performance during that period and any loss of the right. An access enquiry or acceptance of a privacy notice does not waive it.
Where a valid withdrawal requires repayment, the applicable statutory repayment deadline and rules apply. For qualifying service/digital-content contracts, repayment is generally due within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed without fees. Any lawful proportionate service charge requires the statutory conditions to be met.
How to communicate a withdrawal
Where to send a withdrawal will be stated in the withdrawal information supplied with any paid contract. Send an unambiguous statement identifying yourself and the contract. No reason is required. You may use the optional wording below; this is not a substitute for the statutory model information supplied with a future contract.
“I hereby withdraw from the contract for … (service/digital content), ordered on … . Name: … . Address: … . Date: … .” A signature is needed only when sent on paper.
Subscription cancellation
Cancellation ends a subscription in accordance with its terms and mandatory law; withdrawal is a separate right. This website currently creates no subscriptions. Contact us about any separately agreed contract; this page does not shorten its cancellation rights.
