Scope and operator

These terms describe use of the Esattia public website. Operator details appear in the Impressum. Separate product or subscription terms must be provided before any binding order; this page does not create a software licence or paid subscription.

Early access and pricing

An access request is a non-binding enquiry. This site does not take payment or create an account. Plan figures are indicative early-access information. Final availability, total price including applicable taxes, billing period, limits, renewal, cancellation and support terms must be agreed before a paid contract.

Product information and professional review

Esattia is being developed around pre-issue review and supported Revit workflows. Illustrations and examples explain intended workflows; availability and supported versions must be confirmed for the current release. AI output and automated findings require professional verification. They do not certify a model, establish regulatory compliance or replace professional judgment.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. Rights in third-party software names and marks remain with their respective owners. Mentioning Revit, Autodesk, Claude or ChatGPT does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Permissions to reproduce protected material remain subject to applicable law and the rights holder’s licence.

Statutory rights

Nothing on this website excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies for defects, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No exclusive court jurisdiction or waiver of withdrawal rights is imposed by making an enquiry. See Refunds, Cancellation & Withdrawal.
